  • Include the request_id from the error body (or the X-Request-Id response header), the endpoint and method, the time (UTC) and your organization name. Never send full API keys, webhook secrets or signing links.

Status#

Current platform status is on sign.yt/status. For monitoring, GET https://sign.yt/api/v1/status returns 200 with a status of ok, degraded or down.

Security disclosure#

Report vulnerabilities to [email protected] (English, Polish or Ukrainian). Please do not open public issues and do not access other customers' data while testing.

  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days, initial triage within 7 days, updates at least every 14 days.
  • Coordinated disclosure, normally within about 90 days.
  • There is no paid bug bounty; we credit reporters who want to be credited.
